We fell under the charm of Tourrettes-Sur-Loup and quite naturally decided to open our restaurant there where we will have the pleasure of making you discover our French gastronomic cuisine. The restaurant has 2 rooms, one of which is upstairs which opens onto a very beautiful terrace, which we wanted to be intimate, and which offers a magnificent view of the surroundings of the village.

Story of Spelt


Variety of wheat with a very old origin, the brown grains of which adhere strongly to the husk, as in barley and oats.

Larousse gastronomic definition

The name Spelt comes from spelled lobster risotto created in London.

It was the first “Best in Taste” prize at TASTE OF LONDON 2017, and acclaimed by many of our customers at the 110 restaurant in Taillevent London. It has become our signature dish.

About our menus

For the opening, we have created two cards for two atmospheres to share our cuisine with you:

- The Bistrot is a friendly and sharing place with its classic and gourmet menu. It will only be offered to you at lunch.

- La Table is a more intimate universe that will be served only for dinner. We will offer you an astonishing cuisine through the work of products, seasoning and cooking.
